Hi,
We have ever visited Cockington Green Gardens in Nicholls, Canberra. It displays a crafted miniature buildings and beautiful landscaped gardens. It was amazing!
We often go by bus. The Action bus is my mom's friend. When she wants to go somewhere then she will call her friend: 13 17 10, and the Action bus will tell her what bus number she has to take .....^_^.
Kangaroo and emu were chosen as coat of arms of Australia.

The end of year practice
Hi,
Today is the end of year kung fu practice for us. Everybody in Pai Lum Kung Fu is nice and kind. We are going to miss our practice, the spirits, our friends and everything.
This is All Saints Church on Cowper Street. We practice kung fu in the hall, on the right side of the church.
I am the smallest and youngest student.
This is me and Tara. Tara gave me a floragami, as a present for the smallest student. "You have been trying so hard. You deserve it", she said.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. See you all next year.

National Museum of Australia
Hi,
Yesterday we went to the National Museum of Australia in Canberra with Budhe Iwu and her grandchildren Andra and Asha.
The National Museum of Australia is a social history museum. We can learn about the land, nation and people of Australia there.
We can find Indigenous histories and cultures, histories of European settlement and the interaction of Australians with the environment.
This is an "Uluru (Ayers rock) line" on the main entrance, an ancient mystery, spirit and wonder.
I am with Andra and Asha
Inside the museum
"When you look at this painting, don't read it like a whitefella map. It's a Martu map: this is how we see the country, this is how we use a painting to tell stories about our country". Ngalangka Nola Taylor (an Indigenous woman), 2009.
Old Australia
Shearing machine
"Little red riding hood" wall-hanging was created by Olga Basylewycs, a Ukranian refugee, using a United Nation issue blanket and scraps of fabric and fur.
Circa is a rotating theatre located at the entry to the National Museum of Australia's permanent exhibitions. It tells a chronological narrative from the old Australia's time to contemporary Australia.
Outside the museum. The museum is facing Lake Burley Griffin. Yiiii hiii we can have a picnic here!

Assembly
Hello,
Yesterday we had our last swimming at Dickson pool.
Today is the last day of school. We had assembly in the hall.
This is a performance from preschool and kindergarten students. They sang "Early in the morning" song.
This is a performance from Year 1,2, 3 and 4. We sang "Down on the corner" and "Hot hot hot"
......
Down on the corner, out in the street,
Willy and the boys are playin';
Bring a nickel; tap your feet
......
......
See people rocking
Hear people chanting
Feeling hot hot hot
Keep up this spirit
Come on let's do it
Feeling hot hot hot
.......
This is a performance from Year 5. They had a debate about "Humpty Dumpty".
Should Humpty Dumpty had a great fall?
If he didn't fall, then perhaps he wouldn't be so famous and the children might not know about his story.
If he fell, who was going to help him? Was there a good surgeon at that time?
Students from the Introductory English Course (IEC) that come from many other schools sang "Agadou". It's a fun song!
............
Agadou dou dou dou
Push the pineapple
shake the tree.
Agadou dou dou dou
Push the pineapple
grind coffee.
To the left - to the right
Jump up and down and to the knees
Come and dance every night
Sing with the hula melody
...........
This is me and my teacher, Miss B. She is a good teacher. I had my school report yesterday. Praise be to Allah, I got good results: outstanding and good achievements, but I got sound achievement for physical education. I am going to be in Year 3 next year. Do you know how many days of absent that I had? Forty two days of absent!
These are some of my friends. We play at the junior student's playground everyday. Next year I will play at the senior student's playground.
Praise be to Allah, I really had a wonderful year. I hope I can do better next year. See you next year!
