Mystery of the broken window

Hello,

Last month Budhe Iwu was really upset with ...... who broke her car's windows. She couldn't ask ...... to pay the car repair. Why couldn't she claim the damage to ......? Because ...... was not a human. Then, who was ...... ?
Let's take a look at the pictures below:

This was our front neighbor's car. Who did it? This was the perpetrator. The bird in black. Really? Yes! Don't you believe it?

This is the theory that was told by Om Aris and Om Fajri:
One day, there was a female crow who just had three babies. There was a naughty magpie who liked to distract the babies, so the mommy crow became angry and aggressive.
My mom's question is: Why the mommy crow broke the window? Was it because she could see a reflection that she thought it was her enemy? Maybe. My mom read an article and she found that female crows became aggressive as they wanted to keep the predator away from their young.
When we got home from Indonesia, my mom heard many knocks on our home's window. She looked for the sound and she found a crow carried a stone in its beak. It pecked the window many times. The bird wasn't afraid of human presence. My mom wanted to take its picture, but she was late. The bird flew away. She spied on the bird for two days, but the bird in black didn't come again.
Well, there were three cars become victims of the perpetrator: Budhe Iwu's car, also our front and side neighbors' cars. After having the bad experience, Budhe Iwu always cover her car. Someone told Budhe to put used CDs on our home's windows, so the bird will be dazzled. Do you have suggestion?
There was also a man swooped on by two crows in "mobbing" - where two or more birds gang up on an assumed predator to keep them away from their young, while he was walking in a London's park. They pecked on the man's head and left the man bloodied after the attack.
Well, this was really a warning over crow attacks!
