Safari adventure

Hello,

Yesterday my big family went to Taman Safari Indonesia 2 in Prigen, Malang. We saw many beautiful animals with amazing fur, antlers and colors.
This is me, Budhe Iin and mbak Ani. My hands were still covered with bandage.

This is mas Izal.

We had a chance to take a picture with two lion cubs. They have beautiful names: John and Fiona.

Young American bisons.

A llama

Some turkeys

A fox

A grizzly bear

A lioness was yawning

A lion and a lioness

Some antelopes

A buffalo

A honey bear. Are you a friend of Winnie the pooh?

Three cheetahs were playing together

A zebra

A rhino

An eland

An elephant

A one-hump camel

What is this?

It looks calm, but .... the hippopotamus is one of the most aggressive creatures in the world and is often regarded as one of the most dangerous animals in Africa.

An oryx

An African antelope

A pelican

A giraffe. When I was a baby, we went to Toronto zoo and one of the giraffes there was named Aisha, the same as my name :D

A Sumatran tiger

A white Bengal tiger. A tiger needs around 20 kg of meat everyday. Can you imagine how many kg of meat does the Taman Safari need to feed hundreds of tigers?

My home

I love to be here in my home
With my big family
Do you know who is this?
This is Mocho

7 Dumaresq

These were our beautiful memories when we stayed on 7 Dumaresq
A warm home
Wonderful people
A friendly neighborhood
Beautiful flowers
Fresh air
I will always remember
When I sat beside my mommy in our room
When my mom tucked me in bed
When I walked to school through the "forest"
When we swam at Dickson pool
When we swam in the city
When we sang in the kitchen
When we laughed in the living room
When we cleaned the house
When we collected acorns
When we talked to the flowers
When we went by bus
When we went to ANU
When we went to woolworth
When we went to Saigon
When we picked the plums
When I made many arts and crafts
When I played with Andra and Asha
When I played with Tue, Trinh, and Sophia
Everything was so beautiful
A warm place to share happiness and sadness
Praise be to Allah, for everything that You have given us
Thank you very much to Budhe Iwu and her family, tante Alfa and tante Sheila
I hope we will meet again someday

Eid Mubarak

My mom told me that the eid al-Adha is the festival of sacrifice. The festival is based on the Prophet Ibrahim's faith to Allah. Prophet Ibrahim and Ismail became role models for true Muslims; those who fulfill Allah’s will before their own, those who believe deeply in faith and true love.
