The colors of autumn

Hello,

It is autumn in Australia. I really like the colors of autumn. It is amazing.
It is like magic.

This year, the autumn is special, cause my big brother visited us in Canberra. He is tall and big, and he has a good heart. He is applying for a high school AFS program. I hope he will be accepted.

These are me and Trinh, at the backyard of Budhe Iwu's house. Look at the maple tree!

Maple tree has green leaves in the summer. The colors will turn into orange, red, purple and brown in the autumn, then the leaves will fall down and become a bare tree in the winter. The bulb will grow again in the spring. Amazing!

These are acorns and dried leaves from Oak tree.

A beautiful scenery in Yarralumla, close to the embassy of Indonesia in Canberra.

Happy doves in Yarralumla.

Beautiful scenery in Dickson, close to my school.

These are happy galahs (Cacatua roseicapilla) in my schoolyard.

My beautiful feathered friends

They are so beautiful
Tiny
Colorful
With abstract, dots or straight lines painted on their wings
Perch on flower
Calling for their friends to play

I always remember you

I always remember you
When I chase the duckling, cygnet, rabbit or cockatoo
When I walk with my mom
When I sit on your bench
When I roll on your grass
When my mom takes my picture
I always remember you
Beautiful garden at ANU

Silent witness

They are there
Silent
Witness
For every body who pass them
Every cry, laugh, joke or discussion
Every change of season
They are there

Thank you for being part of our life at ANU
